Mother Mary: There are many ways to define “Fierce”

I’m having a day. No, it’s another whopper of a day. I’m in Mother Mary’s week with my current Sophia Code group. So often we think of Mother Mary as not much more than a comforting figure, but I’m here to tell you, she’s fierce. She’s fierce in the way she orchestrates giant ah-ha moments through a series of small butter and garlic breadcrumbs you snack on unwittingly while she hovers around. Let’s be clear, she’s not going to stand in your face like Mary Magdalene and stare straight at your divinity. She’s not going to use words like Isis, “Pick up your sword!” No, she gently unfolds gigantic landscapes of awareness all while you rest in her motherly arms. You go girl. I see you. And I am grateful for your way. There will be a dissertation on my current experience soon. Not sure I could even put it to words right now, but we’ll see if I can do that later today or tomorrow.

Mercury goes direct … but in Pisces

You may have felt the shift yesterday, Monday, April 7. It was very clear to me. Suddenly I could not sit at my computer and focus on my work. I’ve spent the last three weeks focused entirely on prepping my website to receive my messages, but nope, the minute Mercury comes out of retrograde, all that internal focus suddenly shifted back outwardly. Normally that’s refreshing for most humans, but the problem is, it’s direct in Pisces, a sign in which Mercury isn’t necessarily … productive.

If you felt this shift within the last 36 hours, well there you go. It’s best to go with the flow here, and try not to resist or fight against any inability to focus or act. Pisces is the grand observer and caretaker of what is. It’s not about imposing itself to make an impact. It knows the impact is in the experience of all that is. You can poke the all if you want, to watch the ripples, but you’re rocking your own boat in that sense. Enjoy the stillness because Mercury will move back into Aries soon enough and there, there will be no rest. More Images »

Blossom Goodchild telling it like it is

Let’s be clear, Blossom Goodchild is one of the few left I watch on YouTube. She’s one of my favorite humans. She’s telling it like it is in this one. Her opening monologue is raw and honest. Even the spiritual people are human ❤️

Life after the dissolution of self-loathing

I am at peace. It’s the first time, in many lifetimes. This is the story of how I became aware that my own self-loathing was on the list of things to go, and of the list of characters that helped make it happen. Read the transcript while you listen »

There’s one thing about spiritual work: You’re never done

Just when you think you’ve cleared the most challenging stuff, you find more. It’s interesting how often I’ve stumbled into something, leaving it in suspension as I try to make sense of it, only to return much later, realizing what needed to happen. We hold on, we humans. You gotta give us credit. We’re fiercely loyal and devoted in many ways. This is the super power of emotion. Few races of beings have this capacity to feel. What a gift … no matter if it binds us. I still wouldn’t trade it.

Prepping to deliver The Divine Feminine and a New World

My work continues to prepare my website for what’s coming. I cannot begin to describe what I’m going through right now. Some of you know … you’re in deep with me in your own ways. Keep reading »

WordPress posts versus JetPack Social Notes

Update: I’ve since disabled JetPack’s Social Notes so you won’t find them. At least for now, I’ve chosen to roll with standard posts, using a few tricks to mimic the social display, here at my site and at the social locations to which JetPack can publish.

This post here is a standard WordPress post, part 2 of this test, demonstrating a very similar bit of content … a blurb followed by an image. However in this case, a standard post has a title and can support anything it its content block. Social Notes only support paragraphs of text and a featured image. Here in the standard post type, I can make a L O N G blog post appear like a short status update by inserting a More block. The More block allows you to insert a break point in the content that requires you to click a link to see “more”. I use that, but hide the link, and instead, I display a link to the post itself where all of the content is visible. This post demonstrates that, and many in my post archive, do the same thing. There’s a More block under the image below and here’s your permalink to the entire post. Which will display better when pushed automatically to social platforms? Now we see.

Prepping a Social Spiritual Home on The Web

Well I’m obsessing as usual. I have to get this website done and running so I can begin to write here. If you hit my Social Notes page, you’ll see I’ve been learning how JetPack’s Social Notes feature works. It’s very limited at this point so after spending a couple days developing a good social template for the archive and the single posts, I decided to apply those templates to my standard posts. Things still aren’t ideal, but I’m moving in the right direction quickly. Now I must sleep. P.S. This is one of the best images I’ve ever gotten out of MidJourney. Was just asking for cyborgs … nothing special … except for this!
