I know this to be true. I’ve experienced it. The further you rise into the 4th dimension and into the 5th, this becomes your waking experience. You become painfully aware of your own shadowy reactions and those of everyone else. You literally feel what he describes. When you grow angry with someone, you feel them responding with anger toward you. You can see what a process of insanity this becomes.
As we rise through the 4th dimension and into the 5th, we begin to see our own shadow clearly. The very process of ascension illuminates it in ourselves and in others. This is because the light of the upper dimensions is so great, shadow simply doesn’t have a chance. This is also why so many perceive the chaos and insanity in the world. We’re all moving into the 4th dimension, some into the 5th, some even beyond the 5th. Surprise! See yourself and what you’re doing.
It becomes a collective experience. Eckhart explains here, that if you don’t catch yourself in that unconscious reaction … if you don’t catch yourself demonizing another, you create – in your own mind – the enemy, a demon. Your mind projects that creation then, making it apparent to all others in your consciousness field, including the one upon which it was cast. If that person too, is unconscious in a similar way, he or she will do the same, thus amplifying the shadowy insanity amongst everyone involved.
There is only one way through and into New Earth for this reason … It’s the path of love.
I probably should do my own video on this topic as there’s much I can say about it. What I’ve found in my own experience is that, to alleviate the insanity, I first addressed my own shadow. I ceased demonizing myself, because if there were no judgements to self, there would then be no judgements to others. Second, as I continue to feel the insanity of others, I no longer respond with angst. I respond with love.
There is only one way. Love is the creation energy of this universe. It is the only frequency by which you will ever come into alignment with creation. You can choose not to move more deeply into that alignment. You can choose NOT to move forward into New Earth, the 5th dimensional experience of humanity. You can choose not to wake up to this ascension process. You can choose to continue a 3D experience for a while longer. You get to choose – but if you’ve chosen to move forward with the Earth, the ascension process will drive you into this shadowy clean-up phase where you must face and dissolve your own insanity first, and then make the effort to practice interacting from love as well, so as not to exacerbate the insanity of those following behind you.
I wish I had more time to write today – I’d do a better job of this, but I’ll come back to it in a video I think and then we’ll see if I can really do it justice.

Extension
All of this is THE THEME right now. I believe the collective of humanity has moved deeper into the 4th dimension. The recent waves of energy and the astrological alignments facilitated this. It’s probably not that humanity moved deeper into it, but that our reality did, the Earth did and thus humanity is carried along with it.
In my post this morning, not surprisingly, my guides, the mentors, the universe… dropped a video from Eckhart Tolle in my feed which piqued my interest. It opened another expanse of awareness that this is where the Earth and the collective of Earth consciousness is at.
When we move into the 4th dimension, the increase in light causes us to see our own shadow, and the shadow within others. It’s just the science of expanding reality there, but in seeing that shadow, we begin to freak out. We increase the coping mechanisms that allowed us to hide from ourselves previously. We increasingly yell and point fingers at others. Our initial response is insanity, increasingly irrational behavior.
Are you experiencing a form of insanity in your relationships or with organizations or your communities at large?
The light doesn’t just stop being illuminating however… no, you either embrace the ascension process and do your shadow work, or you resist it, and act increasingly resistant … insane. The problem is, the Earth herself continues this trajectory no matter what you choose and the light increases with every step forward into the 5th dimension, into New Earth
This gradual process allows people to address their shadow at a reasonable pace. However, it’s getting faster which is why people appear so chaotic and noisy. They’re responding to their own feelings of dread, seeing the shadow within and then projected before them. Others who do the same seamingly reinforce their incorrect perceptions of what’s happening.
This is why The Sophia Code mentors continually say – there’s only one way. The only “way” is love.
Love is the backbone frequency of creation. It is the one and only way of creation. You’re either in alignment with it or you’re believing and thinking in a way that distorts your experience of it. You possess it. You are it, but you may be preventing yourself from living it for various reasons. My self-loathing experience was the perfect example of all this.
So there is only one way – the way back to your pure experience of love. Removing, dissolving these shadow thoughts and beliefs and misperceptions is how you do it. The ascension process has a natural defense mechanism built in, to prevent those still wallowing in misperception, from entering into the 5th dimenasional field of experience. You must have come into alignment with love to the 5th degree, we’ll say … the 5th dimensional degree, and any attempt to enter that field, not having cleared those things that keep you from love, you will experience insanity, or events that make you feel that insanity.
It’s simply the purification process of moving through these density fields. It purifies your heart to be resonant in those higher frequencies and resistence will make you angry, irritable, frustrated and insane.
I’m going to record a video about this after my new windows are installed because it’s really this simple. We will all continue to create opportunities to realize (hurray!) we’re moving deeper into ascension!! But some of it is gonna be dreadful as it wildly lights up those things we have in place to keep us from the purity of what we are.
