Our heart centers play a crucial role. They are the sensors that interact with the core frequency of creation, the frequency from which all of creation manifests. We call that frequency love. Feelings like joy, happiness, and delight, are a part of that frequency so to experience those things in our lives, our hearts must be open and receptive to this core frequency of creation. Many experiences through lifetimes may have caused the heart to retreat or close entirely. This is why healing is so important. When we heal and leave the past behind, our lives transform, our relationships transform and our hearts open once again, making way for this alignment I’ve been talking about.
Once your heart is open, it’s possible to, let’s say, “look around,” look in various directions? Does this direction feel joyful? Do I feel delight in this direction? This is the process of allowing the heart to resume sensing its natural alignment – its alignment with love.
The core frequency of love is everywhere and in everything. It is the creative backbone of all creation. So no matter which way you look, you can find it, but it does require the refinement of the heart sensor. There’s a process that occurs once the heart is open – this refinement process – where, if done consciously, it’s possible to recognize the feeling of love no matter which way you’re looking, and thus choose it.
“Ah! I feel love there!”
When we reach that level of conscious recognition of love, not only can we choose it in every moment, but we recognize it everywhere, even in those things that may look, outwardly, quite dreadful.
Love is the core frequency of creation. We can choose this experience, through the process of opening the heart and then consciously remembering the feeling of the alignment with love, or … we can choose to experience life without that.
