In the middle of this ascension process, I find myself integrating all this expansive spirit, back into my human experience. In a session last week, my higher self politely suggested not to put this off any longer. So I’m back to hanging IKEA cabinets and organizing my human stuff, so I can, later, immerse myself in my sanctuary, to write and record about it all. That said, IKEA went and revised their suspension brackets, so rather than using some I already had, I have to buy new ones SMH. This project will resume next week. Also, fractions get harder as you age! 🤬

Are any of you suddenly aware of ducks? In the last 24 hours, a friend of mine posted a video of the ducks that swim in her pool. Then I had four of them show up right outside my house (to make a nest – no water in sight). And this morning I see Amanda Lorence is posting a video of ducks. This cannot be a coincidence. I can’t speak to the ducks, but I can so relate to the pull between a spiritual and physical life. I’ve found in the last few years that whenever I get too disconnected from my human experience, something happens to quickly – and not so subtly – remind me that I chose this life for a reason and its not time to abandon it yet. Recently I’ve realized the joy in this life, even with its challenges. And the spiritual life gives it so much vibrancy! Cheers to being human my friend! 💕✨

I’ve said it. I have a dissertation about love brewing. This is not it, but it starts to get at it. Love is the way. That’s not simply a nice cliché. It _is_ The Way, but to truly understand why, you have to walk The Way, and that takes faith. All of us spiritual folk, we love to hurl these nice sentiments all about, but it’s hard to grasp the deeper meaning when you haven’t arrived yet, at the point on the path where that reality exists in its full expression. I don’t do too much pontificating around astrology these days – mostly because every day, these days, is a wild orchestration of challenging energy. Look at this line up of energy: Mars is now in opposition to Pluto, and the sun is square to both of them. We won’t even mention they’re all in fixed energy, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus, respectively. You might notice as well, that Black Moon Lilith, also square Mars and Pluto, is in opposition to the Sun, in Scorpio, completing the fixed-energy grand cross (red lines). Upheaval is the word. If that’s not enough, North Node, Venus and Saturn are coordinating their own side-drama, a shake-up that grabs your head and points it straight at where you’re failing to follow your destiny in terms of what you love, where your passion lies. I love it. I love when the universe holds mirrors to our faces. We often get a lot of leeway (to keep our hearts in the sand) but not any more. Time is up. I’ve had a very “human” week. I had new windows installed over the last two days and I’ve been prepping for that since this time last week. As a software developer who sits at a computer all day, every day, that amount of moving was not easy. I was moving heavy stuff around. I was up and down ladders, taking drapes and shades down. I had to pull (lord knows how many) guitars and one full-size electric piano, out from under my bed, and then try to find other places for everything, that was still, out of the way. On the backside of the window installation, I’m reinstalling shades and drapes, moving heavy stuff again. I strained my back just to make sure I remember what being human is all about. Keep Reading »

I’m a little frustrated today. The ascended ones are NOT hovering about as usual … probably because I told them last night, that I needed to get my house in order. I’m having new windows installed Wednesday and Thursday and of course, I’m not ready to have a bunch of workers roaming around my spiritual sanctuary 😵💫 All I need is one whisper of wisdom in my ear – just one whisper from a guide or mentor or angel. That’s all I need to give me an excuse to sit down and listen … but no one’s talking! 😅 I should be grateful for the help, but it’s hard not to find the humor in it all.
