A Course In Miracles Phase 3 Lesson Overview

Identity, Strength, And The One Self

This phase, Lessons 91-110, begins where the previous one ended. Miracles are available, but now the Workbook asks what kind of mind can actually perceive them. The answer leads directly into identity. Light is joined with strength; strength is traced to God rather than the body; peace and joy are recognized as qualities already within; and “I am as God created me” becomes the foundation for a coherent alternative to the fragmented ego-self. From there, Jesus develops One Self, Spirit, function, happiness, true giving, listening, truth, and finally rest in God. The underlying movement is from trying to improve the self you made toward discovering the Self that never needed improvement.
