God is the Strength in which I trust
The Point — If safety depends on your ability to predict, control, and solve everything, anxiety makes sense. No separate person can see every part of a situation or guarantee a good outcome. Jesus asks you to recognize that limitation without stopping at helplessness. There is a deeper strength within you because God is your Source, and His guidance remains available. The practice moves from noticing your concerns to seeking the quiet beneath your sense of inadequacy. Confidence grows as you begin trusting that strength. You do not have to turn the anxious self into something all-knowing before you can experience peace.
What’s Undone — The belief that you must handle everything alone to be safe. It also challenges the habit of treating personal limitation as the final truth about the help available to you.
Where It Fits — Lesson 46 released condemnation through God’s Love. Lesson 47 addresses the fear that remains when you rely on yourself as a separate, unsupported individual.
Practice Translation — Name the situations that frighten you, then allow attention to move beyond rehearsing your inadequacy. The inward phase seeks an experience of safety rather than another strategy for controlling events. Even a brief moment of deep peace helps make the idea more than words.
The Takeaway — I do not have to manage everything alone to find peace.
